Cancellation Policy

Studio Apartments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Cancellations made 28 or more days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival
• A $250 bond/holding deposit is required for the duration of your stay
• The bond will be released after a satisfactory room inspection at checkout
• Bond refunds may take 3-10 business days to process

Two & Three Bedroom Apartments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Cancellation refund schedule:
  • 28 or more days prior to arrival: 100% refund
  • 14-27 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
  • 7-13 days prior to arrival: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund
• A $500 bond/holding deposit is required for the duration of your stay
• The bond will be released after a satisfactory room inspection at checkout
• Bond refunds may take 3-10 business days to process

Deposit Requirements

• Full payment of accommodation is required to confirm your booking
• Bond pre-aurthorised amounts:
  • Studio apartments: $250
  • Two & three bedroom apartments: $500
• Bonds are held against incidentals, lost or stolen items
• Bonds will only be released following a satisfactory room inspection after checkout
• You will be contacted if any deductions need to be made from your bond
• Bond release typically take 3-10 business days to process back to your account
